imaginary outfit: brunch and borkman

We are trying something a little different this year. In an attempt to get the most out of the city while toeing the budgetary line, we're structuring our fun. Each month for the next six months, we've picked one show or play or opera to go see, and availed ourselves of the early cheap seats. Most of the theaters here offer $20 and $25 tickets, but you have to be quick on the draw. Wait for the glowing reviews, and you are sunk. Hopefully we've picked good things, but even so, we'll have the joys of anticipation.

Today's expedition: a matinée of John Gabriel Borkman after a healthsome brunch at home. Nothing like some kale and Ibsen to get the weekend going.
