Thursday night ritual: pizza!
At this point in my life, I have made approximately one bajillion pizzas (or roughly one a week since Sean and I set up house). All delicious (some more than others, I admit). A very hot oven and a tolerance for touchy smoke detectors helps, as well as very good olive oil. I take my cues from this guy. In my next life, I want to run a pizza shop just like that.
Tonight's version: asparagus + prosciutto. Can't wait.
